The Spot is operated by VITAURUM ApS, CVR no. 36 89 60 43, Else Alfelts Vej 65, st. tv, 2300 København S, Denmark. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What data we collect
- Contact form: name, phone number, email address and your message, when you use the contact form on this site.
- Online orders and bookings: when you order via our online ordering system or book catering, your name, contact details, order/booking details and payment are handled directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Cookies: we use cookies for essential site functionality and, with your consent, for analytics/marketing. You can manage your choices via the cookie banner ("Preferences") shown when you visit the site.
- Newsletter/marketing consent: if you tick "Yes, I want to receive news about promotions" on our contact form, we will use your contact details to send you marketing, until you unsubscribe.
Why we process your data
- To respond to enquiries sent via the contact form (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To process and fulfil online orders, catering bookings and payments (performance of a contract).
- To send marketing communications, only where you have given consent.
- To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest).
Who we share data with
- Stripe — our online payment provider. Order and payment data you submit through the ordering page is processed directly by them under their own privacy policy.
- One.com — our website hosting and website-builder provider.
- Website analytics, cookie-consent and mapping tools embedded on the site (see the cookie banner for the current list), only where enabled/consented to.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form enquiries and order records for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry/order and to meet our legal (including bookkeeping) obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@thespot.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, dt@datatilsynet.dk, datatilsynet.dk).

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version always applies.
